Thank you for your email and for the handover certificate.

I appreciate the professionalism shown by you, Joe and the whole B.A.T. team throughout the quotation process and the scaffold installation. The communication has been excellent, and I am very pleased with the way everything has been handled.

Thank you also for completing the scaffold on schedule and for carrying out the final inspection and handover.

I will review the handover certificate and look forward to receiving the invoice in due course. We will now begin the restoration works and will ensure that our contractors follow the handover instructions, including securing the ladder access outside working

hours.

If we require any scaffold alterations or additional services during the project, I will contact you directly.

I also hope this will be the beginning of a long-term working relationship. I am actively investing in and refurbishing properties in London, so there is a good possibility of further projects in the future if this project continues to run as smoothly as it

has so far.

Thank you once again to you and your team, and please pass on my thanks to Joe and everyone involved.
